Who does Marra Bridge support?

Marra Bridge works with people whose needs cross more than one system - disability, health, housing, justice or community - and who are at risk of falling through the gaps between them. Some people we support have an NDIS plan; others do not.

People with an existing NDIS plan

Who need help understanding their plan, connecting supports, or coordinating a more complex plan.

No-cost Case Management eligibility

Case Management is reserved for people with disability or complex psychosocial needs who have very limited informal, community or formal support around them. It is provided at no cost, subject to individual circumstances and available capacity. Read the full Case Management eligibility criteria.
