What is Specialist Support Coordination?

Specialist Support Coordination is a higher level of NDIS-funded support. The focus is on reducing complexity in your support environment and helping you overcome significant barriers to putting your plan into action. A Specialist Support Coordinator helps you manage challenges in your support environment, working to improve the consistency of the services you receive.

WhatWe Do

Holistic Planning

We take the time to understand your goals, strengths, challenges, and personal history to develop a clear and practical plan.

Cross-System Coordination

We coordinate supports across disability, health, housing, income, and community services, working to improve coordination and reduce fragmentation.

Advocacy and Navigation

We advocate on your behalf when needed and support you to navigate applications, referrals, follow-ups, and barriers that may impact access to support.
